Warranties & Returns
All products come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee on any manufacturing faults or defects.
All requests for warranty will be considered to be eligible for replacement at the discretion of SeatSafe
Warranty only applies to an item that is used in accordance with their designed operating capacity and does not apply to any item or part thereof if it is used for another purposes than the item is designed for.
Warranty does not include general wear and tear due to use of an item, intentional misuse or damage of an item.
Any requests for credit or refunds will be considered to be eligible for credit or refund at the discretion of SeatSafe.
All returns must be within 7 days of invoice.
All returns for Credit or Refund will be subject to a Restocking Fee of 20%. Freight/shipping costs will not be refunded.
No returns will be accepted on Special Orders, coloured belts or coloured webbing buckles.
As all the items we sell are safety items, all returned products must be returned in NEW condition and not show signs of being fitted to any vehicle or machinery.
All approved refunds will be refunded in the same method as the original payment. eg. Credit card refund
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items for credit or refund. Freight costs are non-refundable.
